Civil War Reenactment Schedule August 14th-16th, 2026

Friday:

9am-All Day, Camp arrival, registration and set-up

Saturday:

7am- Reveille, ALL VEHICLES must be removed from the camp by 8am sharp. ONLY Emergency vehicle traffic is permitted in camp until event closing Sunday.

9am- Officers Call @ Registration Tent, Camp opening to the public.

10am- Battlefield opens for drill.

​12pm- The Victorian Tea Ladies present "Civil War Sisters in Service Tea.

1pm- A chat with General Robert E. Lee (Mr. Paul Wood presenting), at the Reg. Tent

2:30pm- Civil War Battle, Official Welcome and opening featuring the Lewis & Clark Fife & Drum Corps, battle concluding with Reenactor Pass in Review. CW era Medical demonstrations following battle.

7pm- 9:30pm Camp Dance at Reg. Tent, featuring the Fever River String Band with John Masciale calling.

9:30pm- Artillery night fire @ Battlefield.

10pm- Camp closed.

 

Sunday:

7am- Reveille

8:30am- Officers Call @ Registration Tent, Camp opening to the public, Sutlers row opening.

9:30am- “Brush Arbor Meeting” Church Service at Reg. Tent.

10:30am- Battlefield open for drill.

11:30am- The Victorian Tea Ladies present "Civil War Sisters in Service Tea, Reg. Tent

12:30pm- A chat with General Robert E. Lee (Mr. Paul Wood presenting), at the Reg. Tent

2:00pm-Civil War Battle, Official Welcome and opening featuring the Lewis & Clark Fife & Drum Corps, battle concluding with Reenactor Pass in Review. CW era Medical demonstrations following battle.

3:30pm (approx.)- Camp closing, for everyone’s safety, we will open the gates right after the crowd has diminished and when safe to do so.
